    We understand that every customer is unique, with varying needs and requirements. One-size-fits-all pricing models may not always suit everyone’s needs. Therefore, we have decided to introduce more flexibility into our pricing and packaging structure to accommodate the diverse needs of our customers. 

    Here are some key reasons why we are updating our pricing and packaging:

    1. Customized pricing for your unique needs: We recognize that each business has different budgets, usage patterns, and preferences. Choose what is best for you, regardless of your company size. This empowers you with the flexibility to pay for what you need, ensuring that you get the best value for your money.
    1. Scalability and growth: We understand that our customers’ needs may change over time as your businesses grow and evolve. Our new pricing model is designed to accommodate scalability, allowing you to easily upgrade your plans based on your changing requirements. This means that you can start small and expand as you grow without paying for features you do not need yet.

    Simple and easy pricing tiers: Our pricing tiers are designed to be simple and easy, with clear benefits that prioritize our customers. With three tiers, customers can select value-added features while balancing your growth with maximizing cost savings, making it simple for you to choose the plan that best meets your requirements.

    • Free: This tier enables developers to connect up to 5 accounts to build, test, and iterate until you are ready to move forward with your solution.
    • Pay as you go: Available for Full Platform packages, we are offering a month-to-month option so you can start with what you need and when you need it. With access to the full Nylas platform, you can build, grow, and provide exceptional customer experience while maintaining flexibility in managing your budget and resources effectively.
    • Custom: Available for Full Platform or Calendar only packages, our custom plans offer the flexibility to choose a plan to fit your unique needs while unlocking volume discounts, upgraded support & onboarding options, and making sure you are only paying for the features or capabilities that you need.

    Our approach: At the heart of our decision to change our pricing and packaging models is our unwavering commitment to our customers. We know you want to test and experiment to identify if the solution fits your requirements. That is why we are also launching ACE, our Accelerated Customer Experience, which offers the ability to test ALL Nylas functionality free forever in a sandbox environment.  

    In order to support the wide variety of our customers’ needs, we are introducing three Full Platform and three Calendar Only packages: Entry, Core, and Plus. 

    • Entry: This plan is best suited for companies looking to use our entry-level features crucial in building email and scheduling workflows fast – such as bi-directional sync and the Nylas Scheduler.
    • Core: This plan includes all features in the Entry package and is the best package for most organizations that need strategic and intelligent functionality and workflows – such as Virtual Calendars, email analytics, omnichannel reminders, and event, message, and account metadata.
    • Plus: This plan includes all features in the Entry and Core packages and is best suited for companies who have higher compliance standards such as HIPAA, need enterprise onboarding capabilities, or want to use AI/ML features such as Signature Extraction and/or Clean Conversations.
